THE MIRADA TOWN HOME
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms are applicable to all Contracts of any kind made by The Mirada Town Home and its clients and apply to all reservations, bookings and agreements.

Clients are invited to read these provisions and note their responsibilities, arrangements for payments, cancellation terms and limitations on the liability of The Mirada Town Home. The Contract is conditional on the payment of the Deposit.

Checking availability does not reserve your vacation. No payment is required to process a request for availability.

1. DEPOSITS

1.1. A minimum reservation deposit of $300.00 is required to confirm each reservation for 8 or more nights ($200.00 for each 3 to 7 nights) payable by cash, cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks (U.S. funds), VISA or MasterCard. The reservation deposit is applied against rent, tax, arrival/departure service fees and other miscellaneous charges (total due).

1.2. A VISA or MasterCard imprint is due upon arrival as a security deposit for any expenses related to long distance charges, unit damages, excessive housekeeping charges, crib &/or rollaway charges and rental extensions. In lieu of a credit card imprint, a $100 deposit may be paid by cash, cashier's check, money order or traveler's checks. Cash deposits are refunded in the form of a check, approximately 70 days after departure, less any expenses detailed above. Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit.

2. CANCELLATION & CHANGES

2.1. The reservation deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date. There is a $50.00 charge for cancellation received 60 days or more prior to arrival date. Reservations will be cancelled for guests failing to notify The Mirada Town Home and failing to check-in by 5:00 p.m. on the day following confirmed arrival date. No refunds for early departure.

2.2. There is a $50.00 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation.

3. PAYMENT

3.1. Total rent, arrival/departure service fees and taxes (currently at 11%) for entire stay are due and payable (in U.S. funds) prior to occupancy in the form of cash, traveler’s checks, cashier's check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. (Payment by personal check must be received two (2) weeks prior to occupancy).

4. UTILITIES

4.1. Local phone service, water, and electricity are generally included in rates.

5. CHECK-IN LOCATION

5.1. The check-in location is at the office of Capalbo Rental & Management Corp. open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven (7) days a week, located at 4700 34th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33711.

6. CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

6.1. The time of check-in is after 2 p.m.

6.2. The time of checkout is by 10 a.m.

7. PETS

7.1. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed.
